The N.A.S.A. Era

In 1963, while lecturing at the Adler Planetarium, I received an invitation from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to become a Spacemobile Lecturer.
There were 12 Spacemobile teams at that time.
The intent was to present programs, relating to NASA's Mission, to educators and the public.
Although all of the Spacemobiles had a pair of instructors my partner left for a special assignment in Washington
and I was left to do 'my thing' alone with only a months training!
As it turned out, I began lecturing at a number of College and University summer math and science programs in the northeast .

NASA assignments included:
Brentwood College, Long Island, NY
Brown University, Providence, RI
Catholic Teachers College, Providence, RI
Providence College, Providence, RI
